At Risiw.com, our dedication to the success of our valued clients is unwavering. We invest substantial effort in executing manual growth campaigns with the aim of achieving the highest possible levels of growth.

While we allocate the same amount of time to all campaigns within each plan category, the outcomes can vary significantly based on several factors, including our client’s niche, the quality and quantity of their content, and the targeting parameters provided to us. For instance, we may achieve slightly better results for a photographer’s account compared to an accountancy company’s account. This discrepancy may be due to the photographer’s frequent posting of high-quality images, resulting in a faster rate of growth.

Because of the substantial work we put into all our campaigns, we assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis. It’s important to note that we retain the right to decline refund requests. Credits may be provided once our Customer Success team has obtained your approval for a credit. Before extending credits, you will have the option to continue receiving followers or likes rather than halting the delivery of our services. If you choose to receive a credit, it will be issued to your email.

The credit’s value will match the original order for which you are requesting a credit. Think of this credit as an electronic voucher that you can redeem at your convenience. This credit remains valid for one year from the date of issuance and can be applied to any of our products. The credit is accompanied by a unique redeem code, which you can use in our “discount code” box during checkout. You have the flexibility to use your credit for yourself or share it with someone else.
